Help a Girl Stay in School

Hello, my name is Obin Ivan Innocent, CEO of Riziki Youth Umbrella.

Every month, thousands of adolescent girls in Karamoja miss school because they cannot afford basic menstrual hygiene products. Many are forced to use unsafe materials such as old clothes and rags, while others stay home during their periods, falling behind in their education.

This November, Riziki Youth Umbrella is organizing the Karamoja Menstrual Hygiene Outreach 2026 to reach underprivileged girls across communities in Karamoja, Uganda.

Our mission is simple: provide essential menstrual hygiene kits, education, and encouragement so girls can manage their periods safely and stay in school with confidence.

What We Will Provide

Each hygiene kit will include:

- Sanitary pads
- Underwear
- Soap
- Menstrual health educational materials

We will also conduct menstrual health awareness sessions, confidence and self-esteem talks, Q&A sessions, and community engagement to help reduce period stigma.
